In keeping with fees charged by clinics in our surrounding area, the rates for 75 minute and 90 minute massage therapy treatments will be increasing as of March 1, 2021:

75 Minutes $135.00 90 Minutes $150.00

All other fees remain the same. Above fees include 5% GST.

Please take a moment to read the steps we are taking and that we ask you to take to maintain a safe environment:

-PRE-SCREENING IS REQUIRED BEFORE EVERY APPOINTMENT: You will receive an email the day before your appointment asking you to complete our MANDATORY COVID-19 survey. If you or any of members of your household have any symptoms of COVID-19 please call the clinic as soon as possible to reschedule.

-MASKS ARE REQUIRED: For everyone’s safety all therapists will be wearing masks and we require all our patients to wear one too.

-HAND HYGIENE: As soon as you enter our suite please wash your hands for 20-30 seconds and wash them before you leave. Hand sanitizer is also available.

  • PREFERRED PAYMENT METHODS: Etransfers as well as Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

-ENHANCED DISINFECTING: Each treatment room is disinfected between every patient and all shared spaces are disinfected several times a day to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)

Therapeutic massage involving the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress to promote health and wellness. Modalities include General Swedish techniques, Myofascial techniques, Craniosacral therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Visceral Manipulation.


Craniosacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation (RMT)

Based on osteopathic theory and concepts, gentle manipulation of the abdominal organs, cranium, and pelvis.


Scar Tissue Therapy (RMT)

This is a hands-on treatment that focuses on releasing adhesions in connective tissue that impede an injured area while maintaining the integrity of the healed tissue. This treatment will improve sensation, function and range of motion.


Lymphatic Drainage (RMT)

MLD moves fluid from non-functioning areas to adjacent vessels and nodes using a light massage technique which stimulates lymph flow. It can: increase muscle contraction around lymph vessels; increase relaxation; decrease pain; increase suction effect without increasing blood pressure in lymph system. Direct Billing for ICBC Patients within the first 12 weeks of your accident. Therapy to treat the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems to rehabilitate physical injuries and improve health. Injuries include whiplash, back aches, headaches, reaction to stress, and other ailments that occurred from a motor vehicle collision (MVC). Please provide us with your claim number, date of accident, adjuster name and contact information on your intake form.

ICB requires an initial appointment of 60 minimum minutes.

All treatment times include interview, assessment, treatment and homecare review.


Registered Acupuncture (RAc.) - ICBC Direct Billing Available

Treatment from Registered Acupuncturist, may include extra modalities such as cupping, gua sha (stroking with an instrument) acupressure and electrical stimulation.
